Jennifer Collymore built her career leading some of the highest-stakes client relationships in the business — nearly three decades of senior leadership experience, working inside some of the most demanding corporate environments in the country — before a colleague told her something that changed the direction of her career: she was too nice for senior leadership.

She didn't believe it. Instead, her career since has been devoted to proving that caring deeply about people and holding a high bar were never opposites — that the leaders who last are the ones who figured out how to do both at once, under real pressure.

That conviction became the S.E.E.D. Method — Safe Space, Empathy, Empower, Drive Results — a practical, four-part system for building teams that run well without a leader standing over every decision. It's the foundation of her executive coaching practice, where she works with Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and CEOs, one-on-one and in team settings.

That same conviction also led her to found two other ventures. Talent Bridge LLC is her boutique executive search and recruiting firm, built on the belief that the best hire is rarely the best resume — and that a resume tells you where someone's been, not whether they'll actually do the job well. Leading in the Middle is the first peer advisory roundtable built specifically for the people actually running a company day to day — not just its founders and CEOs — where real, current problems get solved live, together.

Jennifer is also a keynote speaker and organizational culture consultant, and is deeply woven into Maine's collaborative entrepreneur community. Across every part of her work — coaching, recruiting, speaking, and community — the message stays the same: caring deeply was never the weak choice. It's what lets a leader make the hard calls without losing the people who have to live with them.

Jennifer is a lifelong Mainer, and everything she's built professionally comes second to what she's built at home. She and her supportive husband are proud parents to two beautiful daughters, and grandparents to one precious granddaughter who has already stolen her heart. Her family is her whole heart — the reason behind every hard call, and the truest proof of the philosophy she teaches.
